Basque Culinary Center
The Basque Culinary Center stands in the highest part of the city, surrounded by greenery, in the Gipuzkoa Science and Technology Park. A building of unusual architecture, home to the first Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences, part of the Mondragón Unibertsitatea.
The Basque Culinary Center is also equipped with installations for holding business meetings, conventions and presentations, accompanied when required by top-notch gastronomic activities: an auditorium for 200 people equipped with state-of-the-art technologies, a kitchen, waiting rooms, photography studio... for cookery demonstrations and conferences, and a multipurpose room of 140 m² for exhibitions, meetings of a business nature or otherwise, etc.
